Centric Infrastructure Group is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near The Woodlands, TX
This position is responsible for the accurate reporting of Centric Infrastructure Groups fiber, gas distribution and gas transmission pipeline assets utilizing various tools. This position reports to the Director of GIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Under direct supervision of a department Lead or Director, performs GIS administrative tasks based on business needs of the company.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and quality of information.
- Create, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports .
- Gather data, compile information, and prepare summaries or reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Digitizes and updates attributes of spatial features accurately from current hardcopy or digital documentation.
- Work both independently and in a team environment to meet project needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience with data entry.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work professionally alongside all levels of the organization both within and outside of the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Associate degree
